Stomacut : Cutting that changes lives.

Stomacut were born from my own experience. 

After bladder cancer led to a urostomy, I had to wear a two-piece urinary ostomy pouch.
Cutting the skin barrier (wafer) to the right size with curved scissors proved slow, tedious, and often painful: 
ragged edges irritate the skin and add a psychological burden to something that’s already hard enough.

To solve this, I designed two innovative medical instruments:


Stomacut for flat systems and for convex systems

These tools deliver quick, clean, precise cuts in ostomy pouch barriers. 
Designed for round stomas only, they take the stress out of cutting 
and make everyday life easier for people living with a stoma.
